Happy Autumn everyone – Its time for a new season. I really love this time of year when the leaves are turning such beautiful colours and change is in the air.
I am excited to be sharing a brand new look R&R website – You can find out all about my offerings here.

This is my very first blog so starting with a little bit about me and what I am up to.
Holistic therapy has always been my passion and I love the concept of harnessing natures ingredients to enhance wellbeing.
I started my business Relax & Recharge in 2009 working in London and you will now find me located between Putney and my hometown of Fleet Hampshire.
My aim is to provide you with a tranquil space to relax, experience therapeutic treatments and escape the stresses of life.
I think we can all relate to having a few of those!

I feel very lucky to be working in a profession that I love, live and breathe.
Along the way, I have met and helped lots of different people from all walks of life, including myself!
One thing I have learnt is the importance of self-care. Over the last 10 years, I have battled with acne rosacea and anxiety, which at times affected my confidence and left me feeling like I didn’t want to leave the house.

I realised that after years of going around in circles and having to turn to antibiotics for relief, that I needed to get to the root cause of the problem.
I discovered that food and lifestyle had the potential to harm and cause inflammation or that it could help to heal and promote good health.
By making little improvements, I have seen first hand the benefits of combining good nutritious food and holistic therapies to help balance mind and body.

Maybe today you are running around busy, juggling life and in desperate need of some essential ‘you time.’
So here I will be sharing with you all my favourite treatments, recipes, products and all things health related to help support you on your own wellbeing journey.

Hope you enjoy reading – Please feel free to leave a comment or send me a message with any questions that you may have.
I look forward to seeing you in the R&R treatment room soon.
